Thomas Müller is reportedly set to be restored to Germany's squad for this summer's European Championship.

According to Bild, Germany coach Joachim Löw recently called Müller and told the 31-year-old that he's planning to include him in the squad, which is due to be announced on May 19.

The Bayern München veteran hasn't played for Germany since he was axed from the national team set-up in March 2019 along with Jerome Boateng and Mats Hummels.

Due to the corona pandemic, UEFA has announced that each country is allowed to select a squad of 26 players rather than the usual 23 for the Euros.

Müller has represented his country 100 times in the past, scoring 38 goals. He has been in impressive form for Bayern this season, making 44 appearances with 15 goals and 22 assists to his name.
