How Germany could line up against Denmark

We take a look at how Germany could line up for their friendly against Denmark tonight.
Germany will play the first of two friendlies ahead of the Euros when Joacim Löw's troops take on Denmark in Innsbruck on Wednesday.

At a press conference yesterday, Germany assistant coach Marcus Sorg hinted that Mats Hummels and Thomas Müller are likely to feature for the first time since November 2018.

Jamal Musiala and Leon Goretzka are set to be rested after having struggled with injuries lately. The same goes for Toni Kroos, who recently recovered from corona.

Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Antonio Rüdiger and Ilkay Gündogan are yet to link up with the team after featuring in Saturday's Champions League final and will therefore miss out on well. This means that Kevin Volland could be handed a start up front.

With this taken into consideration, here's how Germany's starting eleven could look:
