Joshua Kimmich calls for stability at Bayern

Joshua Kimmich is hoping that Julian Nagelsmann will bring coaching stability to FC Bayern.
Joshua Kimmich has called for stability at Allianz Arena following the announcement that Julian Nagelsmann will succeed Hansi Flick as Bayern München coach.

Since joining Bayern in 2015, Kimmich has played under five different coaches – Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti, Jupp Heynckes, Niko Kovac and Flick – and he is now hoping that Nagelsmann will stay long-term.

"At FC Bayern, I'm now going to meet a new coach and learn something new again. I've had a lot of coaches in the past six years, especially at Bayern. But that shouldn't really be Bayern München's goal," Kimmich told Sport1.

"I hope that the new coach will stay more long-term, and that I can take further steps in my development under him. I believe that I haven't reached my peak yet and that a lot is still possible for me."
