Timo Werner's agent not ruling out Bayern move

Timo Werner's agent has reacted to speculation linking the Chelsea striker with a move to Bayern München.
Timo Werner's agent, Karlheinz Förster, says he can't rule out a future move to Bayern München for his client, although he expects the German international to stay at Chelsea beyond the summer.

Bayern München were in the running for Werner before he joined Chelsea from RB Leipzig last summer.

And with Julian Nagelsmann, Werner's former coach at RB Leipzig, now taking the reins at Bayern, the 25-year-old's name is one again being mentioned in relation to the reigning German champions.

When asked if Werner could imagine returning to Germany for a second spell under Nagelsmann, his agent told Sport1:

"You can't rule out anything, but if I had to assess it at the moment, then I would say very clearly that Timo will stay at Chelsea. He feels comfortable there. A move will not be an issue in the foreseeable future.

"Julian let Timo play in a different position at Leipzig. A bit like Thomas Muller at Bayern.

"Julian and Timo appreciate each other. Of course, I don't yet know what will happen in three or four years. Football is fast moving."
