Timo Hübers has joined FC Köln on a free transfer from Hannover 96.
FC Köln have completed the signing of Timo Hübers on a free transfer from Hannover 96.
The 24-year-old central defender has put pen to paper on a contract until 2023 with 'The Billy Goats'.
"Timo's qualities as a central defender are well known," commented FC Köln sporting director Jörg Jakobs.
"What distinguishes him beyond that is his mentality and his interest in permanently developing himself," he added.
Hübers featured 20 times for Hannover in the 2. Bundesliga last season, scoring two goals.
