"Kabak Rumor Mill" continues to churn: Guardian quashes Leicester links, connects defender with Palace

As one might expect, rumors continue to swirl around the 2. Bundesliga's highest market value player.

The latest reports from the Isle link Schalke's Ozan Kabak for a move to south London.
At last check, Schalke's Ozan Kabak was rumored to be headed to Leicester City. A report from the Guardian now explicitly refutes this and claims that Crystal Palace wants the €25 million center-half. New gaffer Patrick Vieira is said to to be keen on building his defense around the 21-year-old, who did accrue some Premiership experience last spring on loan at Liverpool.

At this juncture, it appears all that impossible that the Königblauen can pocket anything close to the Turkish international's estimated market worth. The British newspaper notes that the 2. Bundesliga side still seek to sell Kabak off for €12-14 million. The latest report does not contain any new information about what a potential buyer may be willing to pay.
