Confirmed: Leverkusen send Gray back to England
Demarai Gray has joined Everton from Bayer Leverkusen.
Demarai Gray has left Bayer Leverkusen for a move back to England just around six months after his arrival from Leicester City.
The 25-year-old winger has put pen to paper on a contract until 2024 with Everton with the option for a further year.
"I'm delighted to be back in the Premier League at such a big club and I’m excited to play with the team and get to work," Gray told Everton TV.
"Speaking to the manager and [Director of Football] Marcel Brands, I had a really good feel for the Club and I feel this is a place where I can continue to develop."
Gray made a total of 12 appearances for Leverkusen, racking up a goal and two assists.
