Report: Dortmund wish to take Demiral on loan

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly hoping to take Juventus centre-back Merih Demiral on loan with an option to buy.
Reputable transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano claimed yesterday that Borussia Dortmund have emerged as suitors for Merih Demiral and that the 23-year-old has been priced at €35 million by his club, Juventus.

Sport1 reports this morning that Dortmund 'will definitely not' meet Juventus' asking price. Instead, the Bundesliga outfit are said to be looking into the possibility of taking Demiral on loan with an option to buy.

Juventus put €18 million on the table to sign Demiral from Sassuolo on a five-year deal in 2019.

The Turkish international featured 24 times for the Serie A giants last season.
