Confirmed: Fürth sign Swiss striker on loan
Swiss striker Cedric Itten has officially joined Greuther Fürth on loan from Rangers.
Greuther Fürth have completed the signing of 24-year-old Swiss striker Cedric Itten on loan with an option to buy from Rangers.
"Cedric is a typical penalty area striker, tall, robust and with an eye for goal," said Greuther Fürth managing director for sport Rachid Azzouzi.
"He brings a lot of potential and was eager to join us."
Itten explained:
"I believe that I will find exactly the conditions in Fürth to develop in the best possible way. With the impressions from the talks and what I have already heard about Fürth, it was my absolute desire to come to here."
The Swiss forward has scored six goals in 42 game sfor Rangers.
