Yan Diomande has reiterated that he's not considering leaving RB Leipzig this summer, despite speculation linking him with several of Europe’s top clubs.

When asked by Kicker whether he will stay at RB Leipzig next season, Diomande gave a clear “yes.”

“I’m under contract in Leipzig and I enjoy playing here,” he added.

However, the 19-year-old Ivorian winger also stressed that he is aiming high in his career.

“Everyone has ambitions, including me. My dream is to play at the highest level possible.”

According to Bulinews sources, RB Leipzig are also intent on keeping Diomande beyond the summer unless a truly extraordinary offer arrives.

“Happy and motivated” by top-club interest

During a media roundtable last week, Bulinews asked the Côte d'Ivoire international how it feels to be linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs. He replied:

“Of course, if you imagine someone saying you have to go to Chelsea or Real Madrid to do this job, you’re going to be happy and motivated to do more.

“But I don’t think about this kind of thing because I’m trying to be focused on the pitch. Because my job is playing football, I leave everything else outside the pitch. It gives me a lot of motivation to see clubs speak about me. I'm focused.

“My contract runs until 2030, so I have four more years. I don’t know what’s going to happen after that. I’m a Leipzig player,” he added, but also acknowledged that “anything can happen in football.”
