Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke has emphasized that he still expects Edin Terzic to remain at the club beyond the summer.

Terzic has attracted interest from other clubs after winning the DFB-Pokal and securing a Champions League place as interim coach.

But after a 'long conversation in private' with Terzic, Watzke remains confident that the 38-year-old will stay at Dortmund to serve as an assistant under Marco Rose.

"I still believe that he wants to stay at BVB," Watzke told WAZ.
