Although he did not succeed in everything he tried, Antonio Nusa was clearly one of the bright spots for RB Leipzig in their 0-0 draw with Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday night.

Signed from Club Brugge for €21 million in the summer, the Norwegian winger has made a really positive impression on Leipzig coach Marco Rose.

"Wow, just wow," was Rose's verdict on Nusa's performance against Gladbach, as quoted by RBlive.de.

"He's not doing everything right yet, but he did a lot of things right today," added Rose, who is impressed with how quickly Nusa has adapted to life at the club.

"We brought him in because we believe in him, but it wasn't the plan for him to get this amount of playing time at this stage. We're delighted that he has.

“We thought we'd integrate him more step by step. He joined us before the cup game in Essen. He had no preparation, no real weeks of training. But he's already added so much to our game. He did it again today. That's what we want. Not everything is perfect yet, but Antonio's development is very, very good.”

So far, Nusa has scored three goals and laid on two assists in 16 appearances for Leipzig.
