Sebastian Rudy set to join Hoffenheim on a permanent deal

Hoffenheim are set to sign Sebastian Rudy on a permanent deal, according to Kicker.

Per the German football magazine, the 31-year-old midfielder has agreed terms on a two-year deal with the Bundesliga outfit.

Rudy, who has played for Hoffenheim on loan in the last two seasons, was released by Schalke 04 following their relegation from the Bundesliga.

According to reports, Roma, Napoli and Bologna had also shown interest in the experienced midfielder.
