Borussia Mönchengladbach left-back Ramy Bensebaini has been targeted by AS Roma, according to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio and Kicker.

The Italian Serie A side have reportedly identified Bensebaini as a transfer target as they look to bring in a new left-back after Leonardo Spinazzola picked up a serious injury for Italy at Euro 2020.

Bensebaini's contract with Gladbach runs for two more years and doesn't include a release clause.

The 26-year-old has featured a total of 59 times in a Gladbach shirt, racking up 12 goals and five assists.
