Multiple sources claim Hertha's move for Castillejo is off
Several reports claim that Hertha BSC will not be bringing in AC Milan winger Samuel Castillejo on loan after all.
Hertha BSC's late move for Samuel Castillejo has collapsed, according to multiple sources, including Gianluca Di Marzio, Kicker and Bild.
Sport Bild reported earlier tonight that Hertha looked set to get a deal for Castillejo over the line, but it now appears that the transfer will not happen.
At the time, Hertha had agreed personal terms with Castillejo, but they were yet to agree a deal with AC Milan, according to Bild, who claims that the transfer didn't go through in time before the German transfer window closed.
On the departure side of things, Hertha are expected to confirm that 20-year-old striker Daishawn Redan will make the switch to the Netherlands to join PEC Zwolle on loan.
