18-year-old Konstantinos Karetsas has reportedly agreed to join Borussia Dortmund from KRC Genk.

According to Sky Germany, the Black and Yellows have reached an agreement in principle with the highly-rated midfielder's camp over a potential summer move.

However, negotiations between the two clubs are still ongoing, with reports claiming that Genk have already rejected multiple offers from Dortmund.

The Belgian club are reportedly demanding up to €35 million for Karetsas, while BVB's offers so far have been in the region of €30 million, including bonuses.

Dortmund sporting director Ole Book remains determined to get the deal over the line, with the 18-year-old attacking midfielder now at the top of the club's transfer wishlist.

Karetsas is seen as the top candidate to replace Julian Brandt, who has departed the club after his contract expired.
