20-year-old Nnamdi Collins has made the most of his opportunity at Eintracht Frankfurt, with impressive performances against Gladbach, Bochum and Slavia Prague.

"Nnamdi is a little machine," said Eintracht coach Dino Toppmöller at his press conference after Thursday's 1-0 Europa League win over Slavia, in which Collins played the full 90 minutes.

“The way he challenges for the ball and the stability and power he can develop, also going forward... That gives us a lot at the moment. He brings a lot of energy onto the pitch.”

Collins has recently been playing at right-back in place of the injured Rasmus Nissen Kristensen, but is also capable of playing in a central role if required.

"He is flexible, robust and quick. Nnamdi can play at right-back, but also at centre-back. His physical abilities help him," Eintracht sporting CEO Markus Krösche told Fussball.news.

Collins is in line to make his third start in a row when Eintracht visit Stuttgart this Sunday.
