Injury-depleted VfB Stuttgart continue their Champions League campaign when they travel to Belgrade to take on Serbian champions Crvena Zvezda on Wednesday.

With Jamie Leweling, El Bilal Touré and Deniz Undav all out, Stuttgart have been hit particularly hard in attack, but Sebastian Hoeness' men still managed to overcome Bochum 2-0 at the weekend to move up to ninth in the Bundesliga.

Nick Woltemade, who started against Bochum, and Justin Diehl, who came on to score, are unavailable due to Champions League squad registration rules, leaving the Swabians with even less firepower.

Ramon Hendriks is also not registered, while Dan Axel Zagadou (knee) is definitely out and Amin Al-Dakhil (illness) is a doubt.

With four points from their first four Champions League games, Stuttgart could really do with a win, and it's safe to say the same about Crvena Zvezda, who sit second from bottom with 0 points.

Having lost 5-2 to Barcelona and 5-1 to Monaco in their last two games in the competition, the Serbian champions will certainly be hoping for a different result this time around.

On the domestic front, however, they've been dominant, leading the Serbian Super Liga with 40 points - 11 more than second-placed Mladost, who have played two more games.

In terms of injuries, they'll be without Olayinka (Achilles), while Duarte (hamstring) and Mimović (metatarsal) are both doubtful.
