Spanish publication Fichajes have reported this story, stating that both Manchester clubs, as well as Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are interested in the signature of the Spanish attacking midfielder.
Barcelona were previously linked with the transfer of Olmo following a fantastic showing at EURO 2020 with Spain, however, a permanent move did not materialize.
The Catalan club are interested in a loan deal this January, and with a lack of football, a loan may materialize.
Olmo himself ruled out any rumours regarding a potential move back to Spain in June when Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid were snooping around the Leipzig man. He said: "In the future, I would love to come home to play in Spain at some point. But I've only been in Germany for a year and a half and I want to continue my development there. At the moment, I'm happy in Leipzig."
The Spaniard has not yet contributed any goals or assists this season for Leipzig, but he has only made 2 appearances this season in the Bundesliga.
