Sky Germany has played down a report from Mundo Deportivo claiming that FC Barcelona have made an offer for RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo.

Dani Olmo’s unconventional path to stardom
Dani Olmo surprised by leaving FC Barcelona’s La Masia aged 16 and signing for Dinamo Zagreb. After developing as a player in Croatia, Olmo signed for RB Leipzig and became a regular for the Spanish national team.

Per the German media outlet, Barcelona did indeed inquire about the Spanish midfielder's availability, but Leipzig never received a concrete offer for the player.

It's further claimed that Leipzig have no intention of letting Olmo go and that he is '100 percent' to stay at Red Bull Arena this summer.

Olmo, who used to play for Barcelona's youth team, still has three years left on his deal with 'Die Roten Bullen'.
