Baumgart reveals full tactics and personnel selections ahead of Bremen match
FC Köln head-coach Steffen Baumgart revealed that Steffen Tigges shall start alone up front in this weekend's home fixture against SV Werder Bremen. Baumgart also spoke on his choices to run midfield and work in central defense, then proceeded to name his entire lineup.

"We will start with the Steffen Tigges," Baumgart told members of the assembled media, "Davie is most eager to get started, but Steffen has seniority. Selke can get his chance off the bench."
Baumgart also revealed that Ellyes Skhiri and Eric Martel will run the double-six set-up in midfield. The coach also committed to Julian Chabot and Timo Hübers in central defense. Such information essentially confirms that Baumgart will run a 4-2-3-1 against the Hanseaten.
Jonas Hector and Benno Schmitz shall serve as the fullbacks. Newly re-signed Florian Kainz shall almost certainly work the left flank while Linton Maina works the right. Dennis Huseinbasic earns a start in the ten-slot.
Köln host this coming evening's "Top Spiel". The RheinEnergie Stadion has been sold out for weeks, with as many as 100,000 ticket requests coming in for the 50,000-seat Arena.
#KOESVW #effzeh
