Eintracht Frankfurt downplay report that Luka Jovic is nearing a move to Barcelona
Eintracht Frankfurt have downplayed the report linking Luka Jovic with a move to FC Barcelona.
This morning, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported that FC Barcelona have 'largely' agreed a contract with Luka Jovic and his agent.
However, a spokesperson for Eintracht Frankfurt claims the club don't know anything about Barcelona's reported interest in the striker.
"That's not an issue for us. We don't know anything about that," the spokesperson told VRM.
Jovic, who has also been linked with Real Madrid, Chelsea and Bayern München, has scored 19 goals in 27 appearances for Frankfurt this season.
