Frankfurt submit €20 million bid for France U21 international, per report

French report claims Eintracht Frankfurt have tabled a €20 million bid for Stade Rennes striker Arnaud Kalimuendo.

Eintracht Frankfurt have made an offer for Stade Rennes' France U21 international striker Arnaud Kalimuendo, according to L'Equpe.

The report claims that Die Adler are offering €20 million excluding bonuses for the highly-rated 21-year-old and that he has been made their top priority target.

Kalimuendo has featured 19 times in all appearances this season, finding the net four times.

Eintracht Frankfurt have also been linked with a loan move for Wolverhampton striker Sasa Kalajdzic, while a move for Viktoria Pilsen's Rafiu Durosinmi appears to have fallen through.

The Bundesliga outfit are still seeking a replacement for Randal Kolo Muani, who left for Paris Saint-Germain towards the end of the summer transfer window.

Omar Marmoush, who leads the Bundesliga scoring charts with seven goals this season, will be unavailable for the coming weeks as he will be playing for Egypt at the Africa Cup of Nations.
