Bayern München have joined the race for RB Salzburg's Erling Braut Haaland, according to Kicker.

Haaland first caught the eye of Bayern two years ago when he played for Norwegian side Molde FK, and the German champions have now reignited their interest in the striker, as per the report.

However, Haaland is likely to cost around €35-40 million, and the question is if Bayern would be willing to pay such a fee for the youngster who would face tough competition from Robert Lewandowski at Allianz Arena.

The 19-year-old, who has been linked with plenty of European top clubs, has scored 26 goals in just 18 appearances for Salzburg this season.
