Jonas Urbig will be Bayern’s starting goalkeeper in tomorrow’s game against European hopefuls Mainz. While Manuel Neuer is back to fitness, the club isn’t rushing the number 1 to return between the sticks.

The Bavarians could even clinch the Meisterschale this weekend if Leverkusen fail to beat Augsburg tomorrow. Simultaneously, Vincent Kompany’s side will entertain out-of-form Mainz at the Allianz Arena.

Urbig kept his first Bundesliga clean sheet in Bayern’s win in Heidenheim last week. His superb save to deny Sirlord Conteh late in the game makes the occasion more worthwhile.
