Florian Neuhaus plays down comparisons to Kroos and Schweinsteiger
Florian Neuhaus isn't too fond of being compared with other players.
Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus has played down comparisons with Toni Kroos and former German international Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The 23-year-old is honored to be likened to the two superstars, but wants to make a name for himself.
"Both are great players, who have shaped an era of German football," Neuhaus told Rheinische Post.
"It honors me to be compared with such players. But being reduced to comparisons is difficult.
"If I can combine the best of them with my qualities without leaving my own path, it would push me forward."
