Report: Gladbach identify four potential Rose replacements

Gladbach have reportedly drawn up a list of four potential successors for head coach Marco Rose.
Borussia Mönchengladbach have four names on their list to replace Marco Rose as head coach when he departs the club to join Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, according to Sport Bild.

"I've been having a lot of conversations recently. And I've already been thinking very hard. We have some super exciting candidates. We'll talk to all of them and see who is the best match," said Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl.

Within the Bundesliga, Gladbach are understood to have their eye on Werder Bremen coach Florian Kohfeldt and Eintracht Frankfurt coach Adi Hütter, who are under contract with their respective clubs until 2023.

Kohfeldt doesn't have a release clause, but Hütter does, as per the report, which claims the 51-year-old can be bought out of his contract for just €3 million this summer. The question is, however, if the 51-year-old would want to leave Frankfurt at the moment, with 'Die Adler' currently on track for a Champions League place.

Additionally, Gladbach are reportedly interested in Young Boys coach Gerardo Seoane as well as RB Salzburg coach Jesse Marsch, who has made it clear that a stint in the Bundesliga would appeal to him.
