Kuntz sets out expectations for Germany U21 ahead of Denmark clash
Germany should aim for at least a spot in the semi-finals of the European Under-21 Championship, according to head coach Stefan Kuntz.
Germany U21 coach Stefan Kuntz has revealed his expectations for the upcoming UEFA European Under-21 Championship knockout phase.
"I'm not afraid of failure," Kuntz told reporters ahead of Germany's quarter-final clash with Denmark on Monday.
"Our boys should measure themselves against the best. To take another step in their careers, they have to make it to the semi-finals."
Should Germany progress from the quarter-finals, they will face the winner of the game between the Netherlands and France.
