Report: Germany players not happy with Löw's tactics

Bild claims most of the German players want to play with four rather than three at the back.

Earlier this week, Germany drew 1-1 with Denmark in the first of two friendlies ahead of the upcoming Euros.

According to Bild, the majority of the German squad disagreed with head coach Joachim Löw's choice of tactics and formation.

'Die Mannschaft' played with a three-man backline, but 'the majority of the players' would prefer a more attacking approach with a back four, as per the German newspaper.

Löw has switched between a back three and four following Germany's embarrassing group-stage exit at the World Cup in 2018.

It remains to be seen which system Löw will choose for the Euros, but it's quite possible that he will revert to a four-man defence when Germany face Latvia on Monday in their last warm-up friendly.
