Report: Jonas Hofmann agrees personal terms with Bayern

Bayern München are reportedly closing in on the signing of Jonas Hofmann from Gladbach.
Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Jonas Hofmann has agreed personal terms on a move to Bayern München, according to Bild.

In order to complete the deal, the German champions must now agree on a transfer fee with Gladbach.

'Die Fohlen' are reportedly hoping to get around €20 million for the 29-year-old German international, who has two years left on his contact.

Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann is thought to be an admirer of Hofmann because of his ability to play in multiple positions.

The German champions are also said to be in agreement with RB Leipzig captain Marcel Sabitzer, but are unlikely to sign both players before the transfer window closes at the end of the month since they would cost more than €30 million combined, per Sport1.
