Report: Quansah agrees personal terms with Leverkusen
The latest report suggests Quansah is edging closer to joining Die Werkself.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Jarrell Quansah has verbally agreed personal terms with Bayer Leverkusen.
It is also rumoured that after weeks of speculation, Leverkusen and Liverpool are close to agreeing on a transfer.
The reigning Premier League champions initially wanted somewhere between €40-45million, but that figure has dropped.
Die Werkself have supposedly negotiated the price down and appear to be closing in on a deal worth €35million instead.
The 22-year-old made a total of 13 English top-flight appearances last year as the Reds finished top of the league.
Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has also rubbished the rumours regarding Leverkusen's supposed interest in Loïc Badé.
