Schalke inquire for out-of-favour Brighton sensation Buonanotte

FC Schalke 04 has reportedly signaled concrete interest in Brighton & Hove Albion's gifted playmaker Facundo Buonanotte.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the newly promoted Bundesliga side have made a formal inquiry to the Argentinian.
The transfer specialist claims that Buonanotte is on the verge of leaving Brighton again, with clubs from Italy and England also interested
In the first half of last season, a loan to Chelsea FC failed, and his subsequent six-month loan stint at Leeds United also disappointed.
Nevertheless the 21-year-old, who had has drawn comparisons to Adil Aouchiche, could breathe new life into his career at Schalke.
A permanent transfer might be difficult given his contract runs until 2028. However, other transfer models could make a deal possible.
