Beckenbauer ready to mediate between Hoeness and Breitner

Bayern München president Uli Hoeness has recently fallen out with his former teammate and club legend Paul Breitner who has been banned from the VIP box at the Allianz Arena after he criticized the club's controversial press conference in October.

Now, Bayern München honorary president Franz Beckenbauer is ready to mediate between his two friends.

"I wish that they would speak to each other again. That should be possible between to adult people. If I can contribute to that, I'll be ready, of course," Beckenbauer told Bild.

Beckenbauer played for both Germany and Bayern München with Hoeness and Breitner in the 1970's.
