Report: Leverkusen not united due to language issues

Per Bild, the lack of a main language used by coach Gerardo Seoane when addressing the team is causing problems in the locker room.

Manager Gerardo Seoane is fluent in six languages and reportedly chooses to talk with his players in their preferred dialect. This language switching when talking with the entire team is causing headaches among Leverkusen players, according to Bild information.

Unlike most other Bundesliga clubs, German language courses are not mandatory at Leverkusen. Players are struggling to bond without the ability to fully understand each other, as many players stick within their own sub-groups.

This looks to be one of the many reasons for Leverkusen's struggles to start the season. Sitting in 15th place with only one win recorded, Die Werkself now face a daunting away test against a motivated Bayern side.
