Kimmich laments "bitter" Man City defeat
Joshua Kimmich was naturally disappointed after Bayern Munich's 3-0 defeat by Manchester City, especially as he thought the Bavarians were "very, very good" in the first hour.

After the match, Bayern captain Joshua Kimmich was unhappy with the way the game went and the result:
"The first 60 minutes were very, very good. Then, just like against Freiburg, we were hit by another long-range goal out of the blue," Kimmich said, as quoted by FCBinside.de.
"Before that, we had a great chance to make it 1-0 through Jamal Musiala. After that we were more error-prone. Until the 2-0 goal, it was an even match. The result is bitter, of course.
"After the half-time break, we still believed we could turn the game around. The 2-0 goal came after a mistake, which of course is punished at this level," added Kimmich, referring to Dayot Upamecano's individual error prior to Man City's second goal.
