Werder Bremen coach Florian Kohfeldt has given an update on the club's injury situation ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga clash with Borussia Dortmund.

Milot Rashica, who watched Werder lose 0-3 to RB Leipzig from the bench on Sunday, remains on the right path after returning from a spell on the sidelines.

"Rashica is the one who's most likely to be an option in the weekend. He has managed to train without any problems," Kohfeldt told reporters.

Kohfeldt also said that Ömer Toprak, Sebastian Langkamp and Milot Veljkovic could potentially be back in the squad after returning to training this week.

Werder sit tenth in the Bundesliga with six points after the first five games of the season.
