Salomon Kalou is not happy with the way he is being treated by Hertha BSC Jürgen Klinsmann.

Kalou, who has been training individually while looking for a new club this month, believes the 55-year-old has been disrespectful towards him.

"It's not like I've only been here for five days or months. I've spent almost six years here and have always scored my goals. I don't need special treatment because of that. But it's about respect, and there's currently a massive lack of it," Kalou said, according to the Berliner Kurier and the Berliner Zeitung.

"I'm fit and ready to play. If the team need me, I'll do my job. I've never experienced anything like this before. Not even at the great Chelsea FC," he added.

Despite his falling-out with Klinsmann, Kalou underlines he will always have fond memories of his time at Hertha.

"I will always remember Hertha as a wonderful place. I have a good relationship with [sporting director] Michael Preetz," he said.
