Report: RB Leipzig youngster Mads Bidstrup poised to join Brentford

RB Leipzig are reportedly set to say goodbye to 19-year-old Mads Bidstrup.
Danish youngster Mads Bidstrup is on the verge of joining Brentford from RB Leipzig, according to Bild.

RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krösche admits that the 19-year-old could be on the move, telling Bild:

"With Mads, a move seems likely."

Bidstrup has struggled to live up to the expectations at RB Leipzig after making the move to Germany for €2 million in January 2018.

The central midfielder, who is yet to make his debut for RB Leipzig's first team, has made 39 appearances for the club's under-19 side, scoring six goals.

At Brentford, Bidstrup could join up with several Danish compatriots, including Christian Nørgaard, Mathias Jensen, Emiliano Marcondes and head coach Thomas Frank.
