At last check, there existed conflicting reports on the impending move of Norwegian winger Jens Petter Hauge to Frankfurt. Germany's Bild Zeitung reported midweek that Germany's Adler still wished to avoid an outright purchase of the 21-year-old AC Milan winger. If Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is to be believed, both clubs have now officially ruled out a loan deal.
The SGE have been in pursuit of Hauge since early July. Three attackers departed German's commercial capital city club last week. It became clear that new sporting director Markus Krösche did not find some of the club's young prospects adequate enough to enter the season with.
Dejan Jovelijic's sale to the LA Galaxy of MLS was confirmed on Thursday. In addition to concluding a loan arrangement for Rodrigo Zalazar, the club also quickly confirmed a loan-out for Turkish attacker Ali Akman.
NEC Nijmegen was revealed that the loan club Akman was negotiating with.
The 19-year-old will spend the season in the Erdevisie.
