Official: Cvancara joins Antalayaspor on loan

Antalayaspor completes the loan transfer of Borussia Monchengladbach’s Tomas Cvancara for the 2025/26 season. Emre Belözoğlu’s side looks to do better than their last season’s 15th-placed finish in the league.
Including a 92th-minute penalty-kick to tie the score 4-4, the Czech Republic striker scored a brace in his memorable Bundesliga debut against Augsburg. However, he has only managed four goals since then in two seasons.
His debut start was curtailed by an injury before finding it tough to get playing minutes last season because of Tim Kleindienst’s spectacular form. Gladbach already signed his replacement with Haris Tabaković’s loan move from TSG Hoffenheim. The Foals also completed the signing of Shūto Machino from Holstein Kiel earlier today.
