Stuttgart reportedly set to sign Dutch defender

VfB Stuttgart have apparently agreed a deal to sign Ramon Hendriks from Feyenoord.

Sky Germany reports that VfB Stuttgart are set to sign Ramon Hendriks from Feyenoord.

The report claims that a full agreement has been reached, with Stuttgart paying a fee in the region of 700,000 for the centre-back, who will sign a contract until 2028.

Hendriks, a 22-year-old centre-back, will add depth to the Swabian club's squad, with the club optimistic about his development potential.

He has had several spells on loan, most recently as a regular starter for Vitesse in the 2023/24 season.

Stuttgart have already had a busy summer transfer window, bringing in Nick Woltemade, Yannik Keitel, Stefan Drljaca, Justin Diehl, Jeff Chabot and Fabian Rieder (loan). The Bundesliga outfit have also made the loan moves of Jamie Lewewling, Anthony Rouault and Leonidas Stergiou permanent.
