Can keen for Dortmund to re-sign Sancho: "He's a difference-maker"

Emre Can has welcomed reports that Borussia Dortmund are looking to bring back Jadon Sancho on loan, describing the Manchester United attacker as a "difference-maker".
Jadon Sancho is said to be close to returning to Borussia Dortmund on loan from Manchester United, with the two clubs negotiating the final details.

Borussia Dortmund captain Emre Can has welcomed Sancho's possible return, saying he is sure the 23-year-old can help.

"Personally, I would be extremely happy because I think a lot of him and I believe that if he comes, he will help us," Can told Sky Germany, adding:

"I don't know how far it is or whether he's coming or not coming.

"But it would definitely be nice if he came. He is a difference-maker. He's always good for a goal, he's always good for an assist and he'll definitely help us if he comes along."

Sancho has made just three appearances for Manchester United this season, having been suspended from all first-team activities since September for disciplinary reasons.

When asked about the winger's disciplinary problems, Can replied:

"He is getting older and he is also becoming more mature. And I do believe that he has improved in that aspect too."
