Earlier this month, Sport Bild reported that Claudio Pizarro wants to work as a brand ambassador for Bayern München when his footballing career comes to an end this summer.

The Werder Bremen striker has now confirmed that he's interested in taking a job at his former club, although he claims that he hasn't made a final decision yet.

"Bayern would like it to happen and I have told them I'm interested," Pizarro said, in quotes posted on Werder Bremen's Twitter profile.

"But for now I still have a job to do here and I will make a decision when it's all over," he added.

Pizarro played for Bayern München from 2001–2007 and 2012–2015.
