Tomas Čvančara's return to Borussia Mönchengladbach is likely to be short-lived, according to the Rheinische Post.
The 25-year-old striker was excused from Gladbach's training session earlier today to pursue his search for a new club.
Cvancara had recently left Turkish Süper Lig side Antalyaspor due to the club's financial troubles involving unpaid wages.
Following this, the Czech international was given a brief second chance by head coach Eugen Polanski.
However, he failed to impress and another separation now seems imminent – either another loan or a permanent transfer.
It's unknown if other parties are interested but one thing seems clear: Gladbach won't recoup the €10.5million they initially invested in 2023.
