On Monday, Borussia sporting director Sebastian Kehl announced that Mahmoud Dahoud will leave the club on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.

Sport1 now reports that four clubs have expressed interest in the midfielder.

Per the report, AC Milan, SSC Napoli, Sevilla FC and Leicester City have inquired about Dahoud.

"I am very much looking forward to a new challenge. I definitely want to play in one of the top leagues at a high level," Dahoud told Sport1.

"But my team will take care of that. I'm a football player. That's my focus. Everything that comes in the summer comes in the summer."
