Bradley Barcola says PSG want Bayern revenge

Speaking after their 4-0 win against Inter Miami to book a mouthwatering Club World Cup quarter final tie against Bayern München, PSG winger Bradley Barcola gave his thoughts on the encounter.

“This could be a very good moment to take our revenge,” said Barcola, who had been linked with a move to Der Rekordmeister this summer.

“When we faced them earlier this season, we weren't in a great moment. Now I think we can do much better,” he added, after Bayern overcame the eventual Champions League winners by a goal to nil in the earlier league phase of the competition.

“Are we favourites? I don't know, but when we play like this, I think we're unstoppable.”

Bayern's 4-2 win against Brazilian outfit Flamengo saw Vincent Kompany's side book their place in the quarter finals, however, a clash against a PSG side desperate to stake their claim as the best team in the world after a European triumph has placed a huge wall in front of Bayern's potential route to the final.

The two European giants will go head to head at Atlanta United's Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday, 5 July at 18:00 CEST.
