Official: Mainz sign Augsburg's Dong-Won Ji
Mainz have announced the signing of Dong-Won Ji from FC Augsburg.
Dong-Won Ji wil leave Augsburg to join Mainz 05 on a free transfer in the summer, the two Bundesliga clubs have announced.
The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a contract with Mainz that runs until 2022.
"We're delighted to have landed a highly experienced player in Dong-Won Ji who knows the Bundesliga inside out and who has also gained experience on the international stage," Mainz sporting director Rouven Schröder said.
Dong-Won Ji has scored four goals in 15 appearances for Augsburg this season.
