Fenerbahce have reportedly approached Max Kruse about a potential move to Turkey this summer when his contract with Werder Bremen runs out.

Turkish media have linked Kruse with a switch to Fenerbahce, and Bild now correspondingly reports that the 31-year-old is in talks with the Turkish club.

Kruse is understood to have met twice with Damien Comolli, the sporting director of Fenerbahce.

Reportedly, Fenerbahce have offered the striker a two-year contract, but it remains to be seen if they're willing to match his reported wage demands of around €6 million a year.

Kruse scored 12 goals and made 14 assists during the 2018/19 season.
