Axel Witsel faces spell on the sidelines

Borussia Dortmund will have to manage without Axel Witsel against Union Berlin on Saturday.
Axel Witsel is set to miss Borussia Dortmund's game against Union Berlin on Saturday due to injury.

'Die Schwarzgelben' have announced that the Belgian international has picked up an adductor injury.

"Axel Witsel has suffered an injury to his adductor and will take time for recovery and rest. Looking forward to your return, Axel," Borussia Dortmund state on Twitter.

Witsel is expected to be available again after the upcoming international break.
