The central midfielder is still struggling with the injury that kept him out of Bayern's 3-1 victory over Tottenham on Wednesday.
The Bavarians will also be without Kingsley Coman who is expected to be out until January after picking up a knee injury against Tottenham, while Javi Martinez misses out due to suspension.
"Corentin Tolisso and Kingsley Coman are injured, Javi Martinez is suspended. Oliver Batista-Meier, Joshua Zirkzee, Sarpreet Singh and Lukas Mai will all be in the squad," Bayern coach Hansi Flick said at a press conference today, as quoted by the club.
"We need to approach the game with focus. We want to end the year with three wins. It's not easy, but that's the target we have set ourselves," Flick also said.
Jann-Fiete Arp, Lucas Hernández, Niklas Süle and Michaël Cuisance remain sidelined as well.
